Location: Remote – Must be available during PST hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Compensation: ₱30,000 – ₱35,000 per month

Flexihire Talent is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, global environment.
You will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for technical roles such as software developers, engineers, and IT professionals.
Source and attract qualified candidates for technical positions using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other platforms.
Manage the full recruitment cycle — from job posting and candidate outreach to screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and team needs.
Maintain and update candidate pipelines using ATS platforms (e.g., Workable, PeopleForce).
Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidates’ technical and cultural fit.
Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback, and next steps with candidates and hiring teams.
Track and report recruitment metrics to ensure process efficiency and quality.
3–5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on technical roles (e.g., developers, engineers, IT specialists).
Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools (Workable, PeopleForce), and major job boards.
Proven experience working with global clients and hiring technical talent internationally.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Reliable internet connection and a working computer/laptop suitable for remote work.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple roles simultaneously.
