Recruitment Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES Develop recruitment marketing techniques and networking plans using different platforms, whether digital or non-digital in order to attract clients and meet the service level agreement with the client. Advertise vacancies by drafting and placing advertisements in a range of media and available recruitment platforms. Conducts recruitment calibration in partnership with the client and HR Accounts to ensure job match. Update the recruitment database of ICONN from time to time. Ensure completeness of pre-employment requirements. Conduct job offer to Individual Contributor level hires. Perform other functions which may be assigned by the Immediate Superior from time to time. REQUIREMENTS College Graduate With at least 1 year experience working in HR Department With experience in Recruitment Proficient in MS Office Applications - MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills Must be open to a 6-month project-based employment RESPONSIBILITIES
