The ClientWe're hiring a Senior Full-Stack Developer to serve as the right-hand technical partner to the founder of a growing SaaS company in the donor management and fundraising space. This is a key role that combines new feature development, bug resolution, and system ownership across both the front-end and back-end of the platform. You'll be working directly with the technical founder and interfacing with a small internal team — with the opportunity to own mission-critical development work from day one.
Note: This is a development-heavy role, not a technical support role. You may occasionally investigate bugs or assist with L2 issues, but you will not be responsible for monitoring support queues. ResponsibilitiesDevelop new features and functionality across the Microsoft stack (C#, MVC, SQL, Azure)Maintain, debug, and improve existing codebase — with a strong eye toward stability and performance
Troubleshoot technical issues and production bugs as needed (no frontline support)Collaborate directly with the founder on product priorities and architecture
Assist with occasional UI tasks using Bootstrap, JavaScript, and jQueryWrite clean, well-documented, and testable code
Participate in code reviews and provide technical feedbackRequirements4+ years of hands-on experience as a full-stack developer in a SaaS environment
Strong command of the Microsoft stack: C#, ASP.NET MVC, SQL Server, AzureComfortable with front-end basics: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, BootstrapAble to independently investigate bugs across both application logic and database layers
Strong communication and written English — able to ask clarifying questions and document logic
Comfortable working closely with a founder/CTO in a startup-style environmentBonusExperience working with small teams or startups
Previous exposure to support ticket systems or L2/L3 troubleshooting
Compensation$2,500 to $3,100/mo salary, depending on experience
Annual bonus up to 150% of monthly salary, including $500 bonus at 90-days
