About the Role
This position is to lead the architectural design, development, implementation and management of our innovative AI/ML based web application. Leading a multi-disciplinary local and international team, you will be responsible for planning and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure technical solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in enterprise software development for both B2B and B2C market segments.
Architecture and Design
Lead the design and implementation of scalable and maintainable system architectures for new and existing products and capabilities for AI/ML-based products
Documentation
Develop and support the maintenance of application documentation, including ensuring that relevant technical strategies, policies, standards, practices and security protocols are documented and applied correctly
Planning, Implementation and Scheduling
Lead implementation of agreed technical solutions, including development, integration, testing, sustainment, reporting and documentation.
Conduct technical planning, estimation, scheduling, analysis and monitoring of tasks and activities across multiple projects
Team Leadership, Coordination & Agile Execution
Oversee and manage the development team, ensuring smooth execution of daily operations, sprint planning, and Agile best practices.
Facilitate stand-ups, track progress, resolve blockers, and ensure cross-team collaboration with product managers and stakeholders.
Provide mentorship, conduct performance reviews, and support team growth
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in software development with a strong delivery track record
Deep expertise in Node.js and React.js
Strong understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
Working knowledge of AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.)
Experience leading or driving delivery of complex technical projects
Proficiency in managing version control, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and agile delivery practices
Strong focus on performance, scalability, and reliability
Excellent communication, coordination, and technical decision-making skills
