Summary of Role:As a Smart Buildings Engineer/Digital Twin Technician/Technologist, your role is to contribute to and lead the deployment of Digital Twins across our global portfolios. Role & Responsibilities:Collaborate with Delivery Project Managers and Engineers throughout all project stages, including:- Pre-Integrations and Discovery- IoT Integrations and Data Acquisition- Data Tagging (Classification and Modelling)Support product, software development, customer support, and customer success teams with activities such as knowledge sharing, training, product testing, validation, and troubleshooting. Review project documentation and produce diagrams like network topologies.

Perform data tagging and modelling across multiple sites, ensuring data accuracy through quality assurance reviews. Analyze data via platform frontend, database, or API, comparing it with other applications. Ensure all data collected and transmitted to the Willow platform is of the highest quality and accuracy, which is central to Willow Services and our success.

Skills & Experience Required:Over 3 years of experience in Building Automation Services or similar fields. Strong diagnostics and troubleshooting skills in Building Automation/Energy Management Systems. Knowledge of technical documentation like network topologies, wiring diagrams, points lists, manuals, and descriptions for systems such as BMS, EMS, Security, Lighting.

Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel or MS SQL preferred. Excellent fault-finding and technical problem-solving abilities. A strong desire to challenge oneself and excel in the career.

Electrical/Engineering qualifications are a plus, but eagerness to learn new technology is more important. Enthusiastic, flexible, energetic, and highly motivated. Keen to develop existing skills and knowledge.
