Responsibilities At least have a background in Aesthetic Clinic Manage operations including advertising, administration, inventory control, customer booking, staff scheduling and payroll responsibilities. Manage and lead a team.
Leverage responsibilities of the Beauty Therapist and Advisor for them to meet and exceed sales goals. Perform operational store functions such as providing product and service expertise to customers, maintaining a synergistic environment and professionalism. Manage and handle cash on a daily basis, such as vault, ATM, and cash box.
Assist in managing financial aspects of the shop which include monthly expense budgeting and inventory management. Manage the shop's inventory of supplies and products. Maintain shop safety standards and cleanliness as required.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Assure timely availability of qualified Beauty Therapist and Advisors through active participation in recruiting, interviewing, hiring and training process. Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that arise Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new products and services.
Maintain a very strong clientele for the shop. Qualifications Proven work experience as a Store Manager or other similar role Knowledge of beauty products/ beauty industry Experience in customer service or retail management Excellent organizational and leadership skills Strong communicational and interpersonal abilities Ability to manage inventory and supplies Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Proficient in computer software programs, such as Microsoft Office Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings #J-18808-Ljbffr
