About the role

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Teller to join our team at Philippine Archipelago Ports and Terminal Services Inc. under of Fascat in Cebu Port. As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing customer service and handling a variety of process payments and banking transactions. This is a full-time role, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing organization.

What you'll be doing

• Prepares sales report every voyage of the ship
• Accurately processing cash and discounts transactions
• Remits all cash collections and monetary values to the cashier.
• Ensure that all tickets and bills of lading (used and unused) are properly accounted for and return to cashier before issuing new tickets stubs for sales
• Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers

What we're looking for

• 4 years college graduate in any Business Course
• At least 0 to 6 months experience as a Teller or in a customer service role is advanced
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
• Proficiency in using computer systems
• Willing to be relocate to another port/location if required
• Willing to work, shifting schedule, during holiday, night shift and emergency restday
