Job Title: US Healthcare Recruiter Work Arrangement: On-site Schedule: Night Shift (Mon–Fri, 11:00 PM–8:00 AM PHT, with 1-hour lunch and two 15-minute breaks; may change based on Daylight Saving Time or business needs) Location: Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Philippines Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Php 30,000 – Php 60,000 (Very competitive salary with OE incentives based on performance during probationary period) About the Role: As an Associate for Career Support, you will play a key role in helping job seekers connect with suitable opportunities. You will advocate for job seekers by assisting in job placement, refining resumes, and facilitating interview logistics. The ultimate goal is to maximize interview scheduling and job placements within the Job portal while providing excellent coordination between job seekers and employers. Key Responsibilities: Job Seeker Support: ● Proactively review and assess candidate profiles and resumes to identify strengths, gaps, and improvement areas aligned with market demands. ● Match job seekers to current openings by analyzing candidate qualifications and job requirements. ● Provide actionable feedback and coaching to enhance resumes, profiles, and overall marketability. ● Clearly communicate employer expectations and role-specific requirements to set job seekers up for success. Employer Support: ● Coordinate interview schedules between employers and job seekers to ensure a seamless experience. ● Act as a strategic partner to employers by managing interview logistics, communications, and follow-ups. ● Maintain a strong pipeline of pre-screened and role-aligned candidates to meet hiring targets. ● Refine sourcing and matching strategies based on employer feedback and hiring outcomes. Qualifications: ● At least 2 years of solid experience in US Talent Acquisition, RPO, or Staffing Agency. ● Comfortable working with hiring managers, directors, and C-suite contacts. ● Strong multitasking ability using multiple tools and systems. ● Excellent business English communication skills. ● Professional phone etiquette and capability to handle both inbound and high-volume outbound calls. Preferred Qualifications: ● More than 2 years of experience in healthcare recruiting. ● Strong negotiation techniques, particularly in offer execution. ● Experience in volume hiring, seasonal hiring, and niche campaigns.
