• Oversee food preparation and cooking to maintain consistency and quality standards.
• Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff in food preparation and cooking according to standard operation procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure that all food products are handled, stored, and prepared safely according to food safety standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper hygiene are observed in the kitchen at all times.
• Manage kitchen inventory, including monitoring stock levels and minimizing waste.
• Train kitchen staff in overall kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and cleaning.
• Handle kitchen equipment and utensils with care, ensuring proper maintenance and functionality.
• Accurately and efficiently process customer orders, including entering items in POS system, handling cash, credit card, or electronic payments, and providing change as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php19,200.00 per month
