CSR - International Account | Fixed Weekends Off

Job Description:

• Assist customers through inbound call, email and chat.
• Provide technical support solutions for hotline agents, customer service centers, and onsite engineers, and create trouble tickets for unresolved problems.
• Identify common issues, submit trouble tickets, and drive improvement.
• Periodically output technical problem case summaries, provide enablement training for each service store, and monitor the application effect.
• Judgment of repair warranty dispute and guidance on product authenticity identification.

Job Qualifications:

• Completed two years in college with 1 year BPO experience
• Experience handling AU/NZ account is a plus
• Good to excellent communication skills.
• Amenable to work in McKinley, Taguig City.
• Amenable to work on shifting schedule.
• Can start as soon as possible.
• Earn 20k basic salary + Allowance + HMO upon regularization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php21,500.00 per month
