JOB DESCRIPTION

The Chief Accountant will oversee and manage the organizations financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with taxation requirements, and adherence to accounting standards. The role involves preparing and reviewing VAT, withholding taxes, compensation, and expanded tax filings, maintaining general accounting records, and supervising bookkeeping activities. The Chief Accountant will also ensure proper financial reporting, monitor financial processes across multiple entities, and leverage systems like QuickBooks and SAP for efficient financial management. Experience in the construction industry and a proactive approach to optimizing financial operations are key to success in this role.

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelors degree in Accountancy
  • With CPA License
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in general accounting, bookkeeping and Taxation
  • With experience in preparation of VAT, Withholding taxes, compensation and expanded.
  • Experience with financial reporting requirements
  • With experience in construction company is an advantage
  • Experience in working multiple entity environment is desirable
  • Experience in SAP an advantage
  • With bookkeeper / Quickbooks certificate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • 13th month salary
