Who are we looking for:

As a Business Process Analyst, you are expected to explore our operations, workflows, and systems to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Responsible for analyzing methods to identify improvements and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Recommend the best workflows to optimize business performance by streamlining processes and challenging the status quo.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to accurately translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Review and documentation of different business processes, workflows, standard operating procedures, and policy drafts.
• Gather and analyze operational and financial performance metrics including material usage, processing costs and efficiencies
• Identify opportunities to implement process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

What does it take to be part of the team?

• Highly competent in project management and execution
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of working experience in the related field.
• Experience and knowledge of Retail Industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication, coupled with strong collaboration skills.
• Can create and understand process analysis and documentation
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply!
• Willing to be assigned to our Corporate Head Office located in Pasay City.
