Chief Operations Officer

Job Type: Full-Time Work Schedule: Graveyard Salary Rate: ₱150,000- ₱300,000/month (experience-based) We are looking for an exceptional **Chief Operations Officer** (or Director of Operations) who will oversee the ongoing operations and implement business strategies to achieve the companys goals. **Responsibilities**: - Create and implement business plans, strategies, procedures, and policies that support the companys vision and culture. - Set, monitor, and communicate comprehensive performance and growth objectives (OKR/KPIs) to the team. - Oversee the companys day-to-day operations, ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way. - Encourage optimum performance and dedication from your staff. - Analyze and interpret data and metrics to assess the teams performance. - Create reports to the Executive Team on a regular basis. - Maintain relationships with vendors and partners. - Help the organizations processes remain legally compliant. - Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability. - Manage budgets and forecasts - Train and supervise staff - Find ways to increase the quality of customer service - Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time **Job Requirements** - Degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field - Proven work experience as a Chief Operations Officer or similar role in a big company - With a very strong personality (straightforward, data-driven, objective, not swayed by emotions or personal opinions) - Ability to deliver results and complete projects in a timely manner. - Understanding of corporate functions and familiarity with business and financial principles - Can add to and expand the role of Operations Manager - Knowledge of data analysis, performance/operation metrics, organizational effectiveness, and operations management - Knowledge of Real Estate SaaS business structure (nice-to-have but not required) - Preferably with a sales foundation and can create structures/processes for the business - Can handle American culture - Provide direct feedback, data-driven, proactive, and collaborative - Creative problem solver with strong emotional intelligence and a challenger mindset / no excuses mentality - Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities - Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills - Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving, and can report on numbers accurately - Tools: Click-up, Project Management tools **Why Join Us** - Permanent work-from-home / remote set-up - Competitive salary with financial incentives - Medical and Dental Insurance - Paid time off (PTO) such as sick days and vacation days - 13th Month Pay - Outstanding career growth - Leadership opportunities - Passionate, energetic & innovative work culture - Friendly team-driven environment - Skills and experience development **Salary**: Php150,000.00 - Php300,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Company events - Health insurance - Opportunities for promotion - Work from home Schedule: - Late shift - Night shift Supplemental Pay: - 13th month salary - Performance bonus **Experience**: - Operations Director: 3 years (required) Shift availability: - Night Shift (required) - Overnight Shift (required)
