CRM Specialist

We are seeking a CRM Specialist to design, build, and optimize CRM systems using Monday.com, ensuring seamless workflows and efficient business processes. This role is critical for enhancing customer relationship management and driving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have significant experience with Monday.com, a strong understanding of CRM best practices, and the ability to create tailored solutions that align with business goals. A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills. You will be working during US business hours and get paid weekly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and optimize CRM systems using Monday.com to meet business needs.
• Customize Monday.com workflows, boards, dashboards, and automation to streamline processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective CRM solutions.
• Provide training and support to team members on the softwares functionalities and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to configurations and integrations.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the CRM system.
• Integrate Monday.com with other tools and platforms to enhance functionality.
• Monitor and report on CRM performance, suggesting improvements as needed.
• Stay updated on updates and new features to leverage them for business growth.

• Must be comfortable with meetings and being on camera
• Proven experience building and managing CRMs, specifically on Monday.com.
• Strong understanding of Monday.com features, including automation, integrations, and reporting.
• Must be comfortable with meetings and being on camera
• Ability to design and implement complex workflows and processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
