Job Responsibilities:
To resolve customer complaints via chat and/or other communication tools.
Answer questions accurately and as quickly as possible.
Suggest solutions in relation to customers concern with companys products and services.
Answering inquiries and complaints via phone or e-mail
Inbound and call back queue calls
Assisting customers by responding to their questions
Handling complaints in a patient and effective manner
Giving the best solution based on details provided by the customer
You will explain our services and policies, work to create a great service experience, and provide support for app navigation, payment details, and issue resolution.
Our hours of operation are 24/7 8:00am to 8:00pm and 8:00pm to 8:00am
Providing excellent customer service 24/7
Job Qualifications:
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing good customer service. This includes customer needs assessment and meeting quality standards for service.
Professional, enthusiastic, and customer service oriented.
Ability to be polite, have confidence and use diplomacy in difficult situations.
Able to set priorities and multi-task.
If you are:
With good English written and communication skills
College graduate or undergraduate with at least a year of relevant BPO experience.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, as long as computer literate and knowledgeable in MS Office applications.
Willing to start ASAP
