Digital Marketing Manager

As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, or services. You will be responsible for enhancing brand awareness, driving web traffic, generating qualified leads, and improving customer acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage multi-channel digital marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, social media, email, content, and display advertising).
  • Plan and execute paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Oversee SEO efforts including keyword strategy, on-page optimization, and technical improvements.
  • Manage content calendar in coordination with the content and creative teams.
  • Track and report on KPIs such as traffic, conversion rates, CAC, ROAS, and engagement metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (designers, developers, content writers, sales) to align on campaigns and product launches.
  • Oversee CRM and email marketing workflows (e.g., Klaviyo, HubSpot).
  • A/B test landing pages, ad creatives, and funnels to optimize for performance.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets and forecast ROI.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Mailchimp/Klaviyo, and similar platforms.
  • Experience with Shopify, WordPress, or other CMS platforms.
  • Deep understanding of marketing funnels, user journey mapping, and CRO.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-backed decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a remote and fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month
