About the role

Trinity Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced IBM Planning Analytics Consultant to join our dynamic team. As an IBM Planning Analytics Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering cutting-edge data analytics solutions to our clients. This full-time position is based in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila, offering the opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to the growth of our organisation.

What youll be doing

• Implementing and configuring IBM Planning Analytics solutions to meet clients business requirements

• Developing and optimising complex data models and reports

• Providing expert guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation process

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions

• Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements

• Participating in pre-sales activities, including demonstrations and solution design

• Delivering high-quality training and knowledge transfer to clients

What were looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an IBM Planning Analytics Consultant or similar role

• Proven expertise in implementing and configuring IBM Planning Analytics (formerly Cognos TM1)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience in data modelling, report development, and performance management

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management best practices

• Proficiency in SQL and programming languages (e.g., Python, VBA) is a plus

• Has Power BI Experience
