Inside Sales Rep

**IMMEDIATE HIRE!!!** Were looking for a talented salesperson who can make cold calls and find new clients for our Jewelry Manufacturing business as well as nurture our current client needs. You can acquire new clients from anywhere in the world. We are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English communication in written and verbal form. **RESPONSIBILITIES** - Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone or live chat - Answers phone calls/chats from customers - Create and process orders in a timely manner, processing requests for rush orders, reviewing pending orders and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction - Help troubleshoot problems with customer orders, customer accounts, and other related issues - Follows up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with a particular product - Provides any necessary data or reports to the sales team - Identify and keep up with sales trends - Generate and process new sales leads as necessary **QUALIFICATIONS** - With work experience as a Sales Representative in the Diamond Jewelry industry - Can explain the products and services to the clients/customers - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Excellent organizational and analytical skills - Highly organized and detail-oriented with an ability to meet deadlines - Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Benefits**: - Opportunities for promotion - Paid training - Pay raise - Promotion to permanent employee - Work from home Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Monday to Friday - Night shift Supplemental Pay: - Bonus pay - Commission pay - Performance bonus - Yearly bonus Application Question(s): - Available to work immediately, from 10:00 am - 7:00 pm US PST Time zone **Experience**: - B2B sales: 2 years (required) - Jewelry sales: 2 years (required)
