Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate of Doctor of Veterinary Medicine

  • Board Certification or any additional advance degree is a plus BUT NOT MANDATORY

  • With experience in clinical practice for at least 3 years

  • Excellent Communication Skills (Written, Verbal and Presentation)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Powerpoint, Excel and Word

  • Willing to travel

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop an in-depth/ extensive learning of company products

  • Conduct hands on training sessions/ demonstrations for Veterinarians, Veterinary Technicians and Staff on equipment installation, operation and maintenance in collaboration with Sales and Engineering team

  • Provide clinical expertise on the use, application and benefits of the companys veterinary medical equipment and supplies

  • Assist with field troubleshooting of complex equipment issues

  • Contribute in marketing strategy of company products

  • Collaborate with Product Management to provide clinical feedback for product improvements and new product development
