Logistics Assistant

I. **JOB SUMMARY** The Logistics Assistant is responsible for providing assistance to logistic team and overseeing the overall logistic processes in support of the objectives of the organization. **II. **PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** - Assists in the process of checking and counting of items for delivery for both outright customers and consigned stores. - Assists in the process of packing and proper labeling of boxes of items for delivery. - Assists in the loading of all items for delivery. - Assists the Logistics Manager in the recording of all delivery documents for issuance to customers such as Sales Invoice, Delivery Receipt and Stock Transfer Advice (STA) to delivery logbook on a daily basis. - Assists the Logistics Manager in reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders were complete, the charges were correct, and customer(s) received their orders. - Coordinates with Warehouse Department re unloading of shipments from local and international suppliers. - Assists in the process of maintaining cleanliness inside the warehouse premises. - Performs other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time. Education : Bachelors degree in logistics or in a related field, college level are welcome to apply Experience : 2-3 years of relevant experience Other/Special Skills: Computer Literate Must have extensive work experience in logistic or supply chain Strong attention to detail and accuracy **Salary**: Php15,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Health insurance Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Overtime Supplemental Pay: - 13th month salary - Overtime pay COVID-19 considerations: Health and safety protocol is strictly observed at all times inside the company premises.
