Marketing Supervisor

JOB QUALIFICATION:

- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field;

- 5+ years of experience in Marketing, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business goals and to increase brand value

- Initiate, manage and oversee all marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and events.

- Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and ensuring successful execution of marketing projects

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, and design) to align marketing strategies with business objectives

- Monitor and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to come up with marketing strategies

- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and ROI measurement

- Develop and maintain the brands value, ensuring consistency across all channels and platforms

- Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements

- Plan and execute promotional events, trade shows, and product launches

- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, utilizing data to adjust strategies as needed

- Maintain strong relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media partners

Compress Work Schedule (Monday - Friday)

7:00 am - 6:00 pm every Monday -Thursday

7:00 am - 4:00 pm every Friday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
