Project Manager

Analyzing project proposals to determine time frame, funding limitations and appropriate process for accomplishing the business objectives. Identifying and scheduling project deliverables, milestones, and required activities and tasks. Providing leadership and motivation to project team members throughout the project life cycle, and confer with project staff to outline work plan. Establishing work plan and staffing for project activities, iterations or phases, and arrange for recruitment or assignment of project personnel. Performing risk assessment and implementing mitigation plans and controls **Qualifications**: - At least 3 years of demonstrated competency in a project management role involving the execution of multiple projects or a large project - At least 3 years of BU or BU-facing experience, with sensitivity and commitment to business problem solving - Demonstrated experience in progressive team leadership responsibilities preferably in cross-functional teams across the organization and within complex contexts **Location**: Pasong Tamo.
