Role Overview

Were looking for a Sales Operations Specialist with executive assistant skills to support our sales team and leadership. Youll manage our HubSpot CRM, handle sales interactions, track deals, qualify leads, and provide administrative support to keep our sales process running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Operations & CRM Management

  • Input sales meeting notes into HubSpot

  • Create and update contact and deal records in HubSpot

  • Track deals through the sales pipeline

  • Organize customer feedback

  • Optimize HubSpot processes and data

  • Generate sales reports

• Lead Management & Follow-up

  • Qualify inbound leads and schedule calls

  • Ensure timely follow-ups with prospects

  • Track affiliate relationships and referral sources

  • Monitor lead performance

• Executive Support

  • Manage email communication and prioritize messages

  • Schedule and prepare for sales meetings

  • Create sales materials

  • Coordinate with marketing on lead generation

  • Provide daily administrative support

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years in sales operations, sales support, or executive assistant roles

• Experience with HubSpot CRM or similar systems

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with B2B SaaS companies

• Knowledge of e-commerce or affiliate marketing

• HubSpot certifications

• Experience in fast-growing startup environments

• Understanding of sales processes
