Scrum Master

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Scrum Master to join our agile team and drive the delivery of high-quality software solutions. As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in guiding our teams to follow Agile practices, removing obstacles that impede progress. This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of Agile frameworks.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standup, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective).
• Act as a coach to team members on Agile/Scrum practices.
• Identify and eliminate blockers to ensure smooth delivery.
• Support Product Owner with backlog management and prioritization.
• Foster continuous improvement and team ownership of delivery.
• Track and communicate metrics like velocity, burndown, and impediments.
• Promote Agile values across teams and stakeholders.
• Coordinate dependencies between teams (Scrum of Scrums or cross-team sync).

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Certification preferred: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II).
• Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Conflict resolution and servant leadership mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
