Morning Shift

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meets with stakeholders/hiring managers as needed to provide updates on active roles, challenges and discuss potential requirements
• Ensures that recruitment SLAs/metrics and agreed TATs are met
• Provides accurate Recruitment Reports (Daily/Weekly) to the Talent Operations Lead in a timely manner
• Ensures that Job In-Take Sessions/role calibrations are scheduled with Hiring Managers prior to working on a particular role
• Works with RMS and TA Lead and in conducting a market scan for net new roles
• Reviews endorsements from RMS Specialist Partner and conducts Behavioral Interview with the candidates
• Initiates administration and completion of online and written exams as needed
• Coordinates scheduling of interviews and hiring results to hiring managers

QUALIFICATIONS

• College Graduate; required course: Psychology/Human Resources Management or equivalent
• 10-15 years of prior work experience in End to End Recruitment and Stakeholder Management; preferably in a global organization
• General knowledge of labor code practices
• Must have experience in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping
• Knowledge in Google Suite & Cloud programs
• Excellent Reading, Writing, and Verbal Proficiency
