Payment Posting Representative

Resolv PracticeMax is seeking a skilled and experienced Payment Posting Representative to join our team. You will work within the team to process and post payer and patient payments. Reconcile bank account to database values, review and confirm collection accounts and process refund/recoupment requests.

What your impact will be:

• Posting payments, adjustments, rejections, and denials in the practice management software.
• Posting payments adjustments, rejections, and denials for different insurances like Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial.
• Posting for both ERA and EOB remittance payments.
• Identify payment inaccuracies and track down missing payment information from insurance carriers.
• Utilize insurance payer portals for outstanding detail reconciliation/identification.
• Reports problems encountered immediately including unreadable data and unacceptable data.
• Verifies all payment activity completed to ensure 100% accuracy.
• Running necessary reports in the system to reconcile the payment posted.
• Reporting the payment posted to supervisor.
• Reconciling payment values to provider bank accounts when necessary.
• Reviewing of patient collection accounts to confirm they qualify for collections.
• Reviewing and processing of payer and patient refunds and recoupments when necessary.

• Experience with Advanced MD, EPIC, RXNT, eCW, Brightree, Dr. Chrono, Allscripts and SequelMed are preferred.
• Experience with Trizetto, Experian, Waystar, Availity and payer portals is preferred.
• Knowledge of remittance advice codes, remark codes, and medical terminology preferred.
• Highschool diploma or Equivalent

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per month
