Common customer support requests include troubleshooting, refunds, address corrections, carrier communications, and dispute resolution between buyers and sellers. Support channels primarily include ZenDesk and email.
Responsibilities
  • Refund processing and payment management.

Nice to have

Working conditions
***JOB FIT (Required)***
  • Must be available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays - as needed - to meet the demands of the department and our customers.
  • Must have a personal device (computer/stable internet connection)
  • Must have the flexibility to work overtime on short notice - as requested - by the management team.
  • Must have a history of good attendance

Support Hours: Sunday: 8am-11am & 4pm-7pm Monday: 7am-10am & 11am-2pm Tuesday: 8am-11am & 1pm-4pm Wednesday: 8am-11am & 1pm-4pm Thursday: 8am-12pm Friday: 8am-11am & 1pm-4pm Saturday: 8am-11am
