  • Evaluate and treat all injuries and illnesses of employees in an efficient and professional manner
  • Manage, guide and direct all referrals to healthcare providers and services
  • Schedule employees for Pre-Employment Medical Examination, Annual Physical Exam and the executives for their Annual Executive check-up
  • Assess healthcare needs, implement and manage health programs to improve health and facilitate return to work, maintain records and employees’ medical files
  • Check and validate sickness and maternity notifications and endorse them to SSS for confirmation
  • Compute and finalize SSS sickness and maternity payment and ensure correctness of the data
  • Process employees’ HMO and Insurance and assist them on their claims and related concerns
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse
  • With at least 2 years of experience
  • Certification for OSH for Nurses and First Aid will be an advantage
  • Patient management, Occupational health, and safety
  • Good communication skills, patient handling, first aid
  • Able to handle different types of people across the organization, able to handle emergencies and sensitive information
  • With ONAP Certificate
  • Can start ASAP and willing to wok in BGC TAGUIG

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
