Our USA Based company is seeking for a driven, energetic and highly motivated Export Sales Associate to join our Food Export Company. This is an entry-level position.

Responsibilities:

  • Support sales managers
  • Present and sell company products to new and existing customers
  • Sales call and customer reach out
  • Prepare quotations
  • Preparing marketing material and special offers
  • Preparation and follow-up of customer orders
  • Implements plans to assure orders meet specified quality and delivery times and to minimize the total cost of purchases
  • Coordinating logistics
  • Preparing documents
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
  • Attend trade shows and missions
  • Develop new business with potential customers
  • Coordinate with vendors and resolve issues

Qualifications:
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Great attitude with an ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Highly disciplined, independent, and organized
- Authorized to work in the US
- College or equivalent degree
- Comfort with Microsoft Office applications, primarily Excel, PowerPoint, and outlook
- Strong negotiation skills
- Able to meet deadline and detail-oriented
- Fluency in Spanish, Chinese or Arabic is plusOpportunity to Travel for food showsSchedule:

  • Monday to Friday: USA Time
