Implementing HR, payroll, benefits and time solutions and provides clients with ongoing support throughout the implementation process....
- Implementing HR, payroll, benefits and time solutions and provides clients with ongoing support throughout the implementation process.
- Serves as a UKG Pro and or UKG Ready subject matter expert during client system implementations
- Documents and develops business requirements, design specifications, and test scripts for HCM software
- Configures and tests HR, payroll, benefits and time software and its various modules
- Analyzes basic data to find patterns and organize results
- Lead the implementation of UKG Pro WFM Modules according to client specifications and requirements.
- Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless module integration and functionality.
- Provide expert guidance and support in configuring, testing, and deploying WFM Modules effectively.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Required Skills
- Ability to understand and solve complex business problems with analytical solutions
- Ability to learn new software applications and modules quickly and independently
- Ability to work on complex, fast-paced projects in a collaborative team setting
- Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- High aptitude to learn and be trained; is open to receiving feedback from others and seeks out learning and growth opportunities
- Familiarity with the HR domain
- Some familiarity with the particular domains in question of HR, Payroll, Benefits and Workforce Management
Preferred Skills:- 3 or more years’ experience with Human Resources, Payroll, benefits and/or time management systems
- Hands on administrative experience with UKG Pro and/or UKG Ready
- Computer Science, Mathematics or Business degree
