Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to support our sales team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, maintain sales records, process orders, and communicate with clients to provide exceptional service. Responsibilities:
• Assist the sales team by managing schedules, documentation, and reports.
• Process orders and ensure accurate order entry in the system.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals as required.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product/service information.
• Track sales performance metrics and generate insights for improvement.

Requirements
• Proven experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Coordinator, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.

• Experience in data analysis and sales forecasting.
