Logistics Coordinator - Import and Export (Night Shift) NIGHT SHIFT | Fulltime | Makati (Hybrid Setup) | Iloilo (Onsite) About the Role We have partnered with a manufacturing and importing company based in California. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will oversee the entire logistics process for imported goods from overseas procurement to local distribution. Youll play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination across international shipping, customs clearance, warehousing, and delivery operations. What you'll be working on: Coordinate with international suppliers and freight forwarders for sea, air, or land shipments. Prepare and review import documentation including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin. Monitor shipment schedules and proactively manage any delays or discrepancies. Liaise with customs brokers to ensure smooth and timely clearance of goods. Oversee inbound and outbound logistics to warehouses and customers, ensuring accuracy in stock intake and delivery schedules. Collaborate with warehouse teams to maintain inventory accuracy and optimize distribution routes. Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and maintain complete customs documentation. Track logistics KPIs such as lead times, freight costs, and delivery performance to identify improvement opportunities. Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors What we're looking for: At least 2 years of experience in import logistics, international shipping, or distribution operations. (Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.) Strong understanding of customs clearance, incoterms, and freight forwarding. Proficient in logistics or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, CargoWise, or similar). Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working on a Night Shift schedule following Pacific Standard Time (PST). Preferred Skills Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or wholesale industries Experience working with customs brokers, 3PLs, and freight forwarders. Knowledge of HS codes, tariffs, and import duty calculations. Familiarity with warehouse management and inventory control systems. Ability to analyze logistics data and generate cost-efficiency reports.
