JOBTITLE: SeniorLoan Support Officer/Senior Loan Processor

JOBTYPE: Full-time

LOCATION: Home - Based

• 4 to 6 years working experience as a Loan Processor specializing in Australian mortgages specifically with Big 4 – ANZ, WBC Group, NAB and CBA
• In-depth knowledge of mortgage lending practices, regulations, and loan products in Australia.
• Ability to complete servicing calculators.
• Ability to assist brokers by providing them with accurate and complete loan files for evaluation and decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to establish strong relationships with both brokers and clients, facilitate smooth interactions, provide accurate information, resolve issues efficiently, and ultimately contribute to a positive experience throughout the mortgage application and approval process
• Experience in VOW Salestrekker, ApplyOnline or other AU mortgage CRM
• Training and management experience is a plus

• Conduct initial assessment for all loan scenario inquiries assigned by brokers and identify the appropriate lender options. Process loan applications from start to finish and work closely with borrowers, lenders, and other stakeholders.
• Package the deal, collect and verify all relevant financial documents and submit to the lenders via various systems. Complete relevant tasks such as ordering valuation and requesting pricing approval when needed.
• Complete necessary forms (incl. finance application form, FHOG form etc.) and compliance documents required.
• Scrutinize all documents related to loan applications and ensure compliance standards; carry out responsibilities professionally and respectfully while adhering to lender and aggregator policies and applicable laws and regulations.
• Assist in increasing the quality of loan applications by maintaining quality control.
• Proactively manage application status tracking and follow up with brokers for outstanding documentation throughout the loan process.
• Liaise and elevate with lenders, conveyancers and other relevant third parties to ensure approval and settlement of loans on time.
• Ensure all tasks meet agreed service level standards.
• Assist other brokers in managing the customer experience from application stage through to loan settlement. Proactively follow up with clients and keep them informed of progress on their home loan applications.
• Provide high quality administrative support to brokers.
• Keep updated with latest lending policy and lender requirements.
• Other tasks within role as directed.
