Produce high quality artwork for SVEN on behalf of their clients with responsibilities including the creation of digital and print materials and supporting the creative process from concept to final execution.

• Produce digital materials ranging from social media content, website designs, digital ads and mobile apps.
• Convert certain digital materials to video format with minimal animation.
• Produce print materials such as OOH executions, trade, retail, event materials, and print ads.
• Provide creative assistance to achieve the overall brief, including minor styling and product photography, sourcing vector/stock photo/font assets, and post-processing of client-provided or shot assets.
• Provide inputs and ideas during discussions to determine how best to represent a concept visually.
• Learn and understand details pertaining to the company’s effective operation and workflow.
• Exercise proper discretion in design execution and select photographs or other design elements appropriately.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and take work from concept to final execution within deadlines.
• Present completed ideas to clients and team members; produce sketches, storyboards, and roughs to visualize ideas.
• Make sure all artworks are aligned and approved by the immediate supervisor and delivered on time.
• Keep files backed up and organized, maintain historical files of creative material/artwork produced, and manage time effectively to meet deliverables.
• Coordinate and cascade information within the team; manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers when needed.

• 6-8 years of relevant work experience.
• Previous work in a digital agency environment is a plus.
• Strong understanding of modern graphic design software, including Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Creative with the ability to merge knowledge and experience with business and art.
• Willing to work on-site if required, with flexibility to work from anywhere otherwise.
