OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst/Specialist to support our operations and analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a BPO environment, with strong technical skills in data analysis and reporting tools. This role will play a key part in driving business insights and operational efficiency.

ResponsibilitiesAnalyze operational data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. Design and generate reports and dashboards using MS Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Power Platform. Collaborate with internal teams to understand data needs and deliver accurate analytics solutions.

Support continuous improvement efforts by providing actionable data-driven insights. For certain roles: interact with and utilize Power Plant PI Systems for monitoring and analysis. QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst - Operations & Analytics, preferably in a BPO setting.

Strong background in data analytics and performance reporting. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and the Microsoft Power Platform. Exposure to Power Plant PI Systems is non-negotiable for some roles.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
