On-site - Muntinlupa 1-3 Yrs Exp Diploma Full-time Job Description Develop detailed designs and layouts for solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, including the selection of appropriate solar panels, inverters, and other system components. Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, PVsyst, and Helioscope to create accurate and efficient system designs. Design electrical wiring plans, including the integration of solar systems with existing electrical infrastructure.
Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and standards. Perform energy yield simulations and financial modeling to predict the performance and economic viability of solar projects. Prepare detailed technical reports, design documents, and construction drawings including BOQ Coordinate with project managers, construction teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Implement quality control measures to ensure the integrity and performance of the solar installations. Conduct regular inspections and audits during construction and post-installation. Prepare and submit necessary documentation for permitting and approvals.
Lead a team of junior engineers and designers, providing guidance and mentorship. Conduct training sessions and knowledge sharing to improve team capabilities. Interact with clients to understand their needs and provide technical support.
Present design proposals, technical findings, and project updates to clients and stakeholders. Evaluate new products, materials, and technologies for potential integration into projects. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance design efficiency and project delivery.
Generate regular progress reports and project documentation. Maintain clear and organized records of all project-related activities. Collaborate with sales, procurement, and construction teams to align design objectives with project goals.
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering; Registered Electrical Engineer. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the renewable energy industry, with a focus on solar energy and Design Engineering Proven track record of successfully managing solar projects Strong knowledge of local statutory rules and regulations related to solar energy projects. Excellent project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling.
Technical expertise in solar energy systems and technologies. Familiarity with environmental and safety standards. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Strong leadership, interpersonal, and influencing skills Preferably residing in the South (Las Piñas, Muntinlupa, Laguna, Cavite, etc.) Government Mandated Benefits 13th Month Pay Working Location
