Job Responsibilities:Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails. Manage and resolve customer complaints. Sell products and place customer orders in the computer system.
Identify and escalate issues to supervisors. Provide product and service information to customers. Job Qualifications:Must be a college graduate.
Must have at least 2 years of call center experience. Able to type at least 25 words per minute. Flexible with working hours.
