Dev Ops Manager Manila, Philippines

• At least 7 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong focus on continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
• Expert-level proficiency in Linux/Unix administration, with deep knowledge of system configurations, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Advanced scripting skills in languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby, with the ability to automate tasks and optimize workflows.
• Expertise in the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), including experience with deployment, monitoring, management, and scaling for log aggregation, analysis, and visualization.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible, to automate the provisioning and management of cloud infrastructure.
• Solid experience with containerization technologies, including Docker, and container orchestration with Kubernetes (or similar tools).
• Strong familiarity with cloud platforms, with hands-on experience deploying and managing infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other major cloud services (AWS, Azure).
• Proficient in version control systems, especially Git, with experience managing repositories and branching strategies in a collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, lead teams, and present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage projects, prioritize workloads, and mentor junior team members, all while driving a high-performance, results-oriented culture.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to handle complex technical challenges and improve system reliability and efficiency.
