Main Purpose of the JobThe Purchasing Coordinator manages our distribution centers indirect purchasing, ensuring procurement aligns with organizational needs and strategies. The role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, excellent communication, and proficiency in software systems like inventory management or ERP.Responsibilities and DutiesExtract and analyze invoice data for reconciliation. Identify errors and trace root causes using database data.

Ensure data accuracy and proper information flow to stakeholders. Perform database analysis using Google Sheets tools. Audit purchase orders for pending invoices and close as needed.

Coordinate purchasing activities across departments. Follow policies, report issues, and suggest improvements. Support inbound supply chain operations for timely delivery.

Engage with suppliers to maintain standards. Manage weekly ordering and forecasting. Manage inbound deliveries proactively.

Share accurate information with internal teams. Resolve vendor issues, including change orders and invoice variances. Evaluate supplier performance.
