Responsibilities

• 2.1 Manage operations including advertising, administration, inventory control, customer booking, staff scheduling.
• 2.2 Manage and lead a team. Leverage responsibilities of the Aestheticians for them to meet and exceed sales goals.
• 2.3 Perform operational store functions such as providing product and service expertise to customers, maintaining a synergistic environment and professionalism.
• 2.4 Manage and handle cash on a daily basis.
• 2.5 Manage the clinic’s inventory of supplies and products.
• 2.6 Maintain clinic safety standards and cleanliness as required.
• 2.7 Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• 2.8 Assure timely availability of qualified Aesthetician through active participation in training process.
• 2.9 Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that arise.
• 2.10 Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new products and services.

Php 30,000- 40,000 salary

Will handle both branches

1. Edsa Shangrila, Ortigas Center Mandaluyong

2. UP Town Katipunan Ave, Quezon City

6 days a week

• 1.1 Must be a College Graduate
• 2.1 2-3 years minimum experience in Management gained in Beauty/ cosmetics/ aesthetic field
• 3.1 Experience of working within a target driven and fast paced environment.
• 4.1 Proven people management skills, capable of building and leading high performing teams.
• 5.1 Excellent organizational and communication skills
• 6.1 Experience of P&L Accounts or budgetary management to control costs.
• 7.1 A positive ‘can do’ attitude.
• 8.1 Drive, determination and ability to overcome ambiguity and the daily challenges of ‘management’.
• 9.1 A good understanding of statutory policies such as HR and Health and Safety.
• Experience of CQC policies and procedures is a distinct advantage.
• 10.1 Genuine desire to work in the Aesthetic Industry
