CRM Administrator Support Specialist CRM, Word

**Overall Purpose of the Role** As a CRM Administrator Support Specialist, you will be supporting the operations of the internal banking division of our Fortune 500 financial client when it comes to pulling data from their CRM for reporting and communications purposes. Leveraging intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills, you will use spreadsheets to manage data while working with the CRM of our client, DealCloud. Additionally, you will also be using Word Report Builder as an easy and convenient tool to generate regular reports. **Additional Details** - Salary Range: PHP 30,000 - 35,000 - Work schedule: Fixed Mondays to Fridays from 9 PM to 6 AM Manila time - This role is an on-site role at our Alabang location **Main Duties and Responsibilities** - Deduplicating and uploading lists of companies and contacts to the DealCloud CRM - Building reports from scratch using the DealCloud CRM, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint - Editing reports as feedback comes in on existing reports either by adding additional components or changing formats - Updating dashboards regularly to provide support to the US-based team to incorporate recent changes - Supporting basic exporting of reports from DealCloud CRM - Supporting historical data backfilling of DealCloud CRM for specific projects - Working with DealCloud administrators for projects requiring backend data loading - Replicating provided excel reports to incorporate automatic DealCloud data pulls for MS Excel report building - Running data QA to identify and resolve data issues - Identifying and merging duplicative data using in-system tools - Managing the request queue as required to support ad hoc system builds and/or end user tickets, **Essential Qualifications** - A four-year Bachelors degree or relevant experience - Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to collaborate with a local and foreign team - Experience working with CRM or other enterprise system data entry - Microsoft Office suite experience and competence **Desirable Qualifications** - Prior experience with Word Report Builder is a plus but not required - Excellent time management and organization skills - Astute attention to detail in work with a proven ability to proactively identify and resolve data errors - Eagerness/willingness to learn new systems **Where will you be working** Civicoms main office is located at the 7th floor of the Unioil building in Madrigal Business Park, Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
