We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our growing team at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' in Singcat Airport, Bacolod. In this full-time position, you will be the voice of our company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. Based in our modern contact centre facility, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of the business.
What you'll be doing
Responding to customer inquiries and addressing their concerns via phone, email, and chat
Providing accurate information and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and documenting resolutions
Identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or management
Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
What we're looking for
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers professionally and empathetically
Open for applicants with or without BPO experience
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address a wide range of customer inquiries
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Familiarity with call centre or customer service operations, with a minimum of 3mos. of relevant experience is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
