Distributor Compensation and Benefits OfficerThe following are the major processes and functions of a Distributor Compensation and Benefits Officer:Compute incentives, monitor loans, and handle other deductions. Prepare regular and ad hoc reports as necessary. Respond to email queries from Distributors and investigate concerns to provide solutions.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. Participate in projects and process or system enhancements as required. Possess experience in customer service.
Preferably have a background in insurance or sales, with experience in commission processing. Have at least 2 years of relevant work experience. Be skilled in creating, analyzing, and presenting reports/data.
Exhibit good communication skills (written and verbal). Be action-oriented, results-driven, organized, and a good team player. Work with minimal supervision.
