Growth Marketing Lead (Performance & Campaign)The role involves boosting online sales of listing advertising credits to real estate brokers and agents. Responsibilities include driving digital sales through targeted marketing, conversion optimization, and customer acquisition strategies. Key Responsibilities:Performance Marketing & Lead Generation: Run paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.), develop lead generation strategies, optimize CPA, and implement retargeting campaigns.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & E-Commerce Growth: Improve user journey, run A/B tests, and implement persuasive copywriting and promotions. SEO & Organic Growth: Optimize content for high-intent keywords, develop educational resources, and enhance on-site searchability. CRM, Email & Retention Marketing: Automate and personalize email/SMS campaigns, build follow-ups for cart abandonment, and develop loyalty programs.

Affiliate & Referral Marketing: Create referral programs and partner with industry influencers. Data Analytics & Reporting: Use analytics tools to track performance, optimize marketing spend, and identify trends for campaign adjustments. Minimum Qualifications:Proven experience in growth marketing, e-commerce, or performance marketing, preferably in real estate, SaaS, or classifieds.

Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and CRO.Strong understanding of funnels, landing pages, and sales psychology. Experience with email automation tools (HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.). Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar.
