ResponsibilitiesJob Profile: IT Service Desk AnalystLocation: Mandaluyong City, Manila, PhilippinesWork Experience: Open to all freshers, including college pass-outs, undergraduates, high school graduates, or recent graduates. Job Description:Provide first-line technical support via telephone and other media for hardware, systems, sub-systems, and applications for customers and employees.
Answer basic questions related to installation, operation, configuration, and usage of products. Use diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and suggest solutions for common failures. Escalate complex issues to Remote Support Engineering or Field Engineering teams.
Monitor systems, identify problems, and implement corrective actions. Install and configure software, drivers, utilities, etc., on workstations and networks.Troubleshoot issues related to software, hardware, and networking.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide 1st level support via phone and other media. Respond promptly and efficiently to customer requests related to software, hardware, and network issues.
Serve as the single point of contact for logged incidents and problems. Understand various media sources interfacing with the Service Desk. Support multiple clients professionally and insightfully.
QualificationsHigh School diploma; higher certifications or licenses are a plus. Relevant IT qualifications or experience equivalent to a relevant certificate course or in IT service delivery. Key SkillsKnowledge of MS Office, MS Exchange, and MS Windows networks.Languages: English and local languages of supported countries.
