IT Support Engineer (Start ASAP)

Provide technical support and IT solutions for end-users at Adventus, a global ICT provider. Your Role:Key responsibilities include:Provide on-site and/or remote technical assistance to end-users, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical problems. Deploy, maintain, upgrade, and support client computer systems (hardware, software, OS, network, etc.).

Configure and administer Windows OS, AD, Office 365, Intune, and manage patching & file servers. Maintain high user satisfaction with excellent customer service, offering solutions to meet clients needs. Manage IT assets and perform other adhoc duties as assigned.

Knowledge of ITSM or ITIL is an added advantage. About You:The ideal candidate will have:Good knowledge of Windows OS, AD, Office 365.2-3 years of relevant working experience, preferably from an SI environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude. Good coordination and communication skills with internal and external customers. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

Excellent customer management skills. Entry-level candidates are welcomed to apply. Compensation & Benefits:The position offers a salary of ₱17,000 - ₱23,000 a month.
