As the worlds only vertically integrated renal company, we also offer specialty pharmacy and laboratory services, as well as manufacturing and distributing the most comprehensive line of dialysis equipment, disposable products, and renal pharmaceuticals. **Job Description**: **Summary of Role** **Key Accountabilities** - Provide primary and proactive HR support by delivering HR expertise and services to optimize business strategy and establish strong working relationships with the business through a partner-focused approach - Resolve employee relations issues through a systematic approach, using sound judgment, legal advice (when appropriate) and a solution-oriented approach - Work closely with line managers to support the staffs career development, performance management, talent management and succession planning of the employees within their functions - Collaborate effectively with internal HR colleagues to support the development of programme, processes and policies to achieve the required level of capabilities to optimally meet business demands - Effectively communicate and implement programs, processes and policies and provide change management support as required - Ensure knowledge of employment law is in depth and up-to-date and that changes are communicated in policies or processes - Support/facilitate trainings aligned to staffs career development and training needs - Ability to drive or support HR initiatives/projects **Qualifications**: **Qualifications and Experience** - Minimum 5 years experience in Human Resources - with solid HRBP experience - Good knowledge of HR tools (preferably Workday HRIS system) & processes, thorough working knowledge of HR disciplines, ie. talent acquisition, employment relations and employment law - Experience in project management is an advantage - Proficiency in MS Office - Words, Excel and Powerpoint - Professional oral and written English - Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Ability to handle ambiguity on first time assignment/project/situation - Critical thinking and strong interpersonal skill are essential - Accurate, analytical, reliable, team work spirit, proactive and committed - Must be willing to work on North America shift
