This position is responsible for the development, implementation, and management of programs and initiatives covering engineering projects and CAPEX management, sustainable development architecture, and product launches, line efficiency, and technical capability build-up to ensure optimum efficiency in manufacturing infrastructure and operations. This role is critical in building and sustaining a culture of excellence within the manufacturing team, setting up the organization for growth. Engineering and CAPEX Management Oversees the development and implementation of engineering studies and CAPEX projects, including the technical and financial aspects, project management expertise, project permit, and license compliance, and energy conservation programs.

Ensures timely implementation of projects within approved budget and specification. Line Efficiency Achievement Designs and develop line improvement initiatives to achieve the availability and rated capacity of operating and auxiliary equipment and facilities. Coordinates with Regional and

Area Heads the implementation of projects and initiatives to increase and or attain the rated capacity and availability of operating equipment. Sustainable Development Ensures close coordination with Area and Regional Managers in the implementation of sustainability initiatives.

Continuous Improvement Leads in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, improve quality, increase productivity, and maximize resources, including human potential. Annual Operation Planning Facilitates the activities and processes involved in the preparation, review, and finalization of the Annual Operation Plan for the Manufacturing What we are looking for College Graduate: any Engineering courses, master's degree is a plus At least 15 years of professional experience in food, beverage, or consumer manufacturing operations, 8 years of which is a managerial/leadership capacity
