About the Role

The Multimedia Creatives Specialist will report directly to the Creative Director and functionally to the Marketing Services Head and the General Manager. This role is responsible for the execution of multimedia content across a range of digital platforms and is instrumental in bringing creative concepts to life through the development of high-impact visuals—including graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, and animation. The Specialist will ensure that all creative outputs align with client objectives and brand direction. As a key member of the creative team, you will be expected to deliver visually compelling content with consistency, timeliness, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Creative Execution – Designs and produces a wide range of multimedia assets, including static graphics, motion graphics, video content, short-form animations, packaging designs, and promotional materials, ensuring all outputs align with client brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Collaboration & Concept Development – Works closely with the Creative Director and account teams to interpret briefs, participate in brainstorming sessions, and contribute original and effective creative solutions that support strategic marketing goals.
• Project Management – Manages assigned creative projects from concept to final delivery—ensuring brand consistency, high quality, and on-time execution across all required formats and platforms (e.g., social media, web, print, digital ads, retail assets).

Objectives / Key Outcomes

• Output Efficiency: 100% of assigned multimedia deliverables completed on time and in accordance with project requirements.
• Client Satisfaction: Achieve an average client satisfaction rating of 4.5 out of 5, reflecting quality, creativity, and responsiveness.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in multimedia production, digital content creation, or a related creative field.
• Proficient in industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite – Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of multimedia work including video editing, animation, and graphic design.
• Solid understanding of design principles, storytelling techniques, and social media formats.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management skills, and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Knowledge of current trends in digital marketing, content strategy, and visual storytelling is a must
