Productivity Coordinator (Operations Admin Support)

This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of all our projects from both Makati and Cagayan de Oro offices by monitoring project deadlines, tracking communication, implementing productivity strategies, and following-up with team members on outstanding tasks on a daily basis. This role is administrative in nature and does not involve client interaction or direct project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor adherence to timelines and deadlines across projects.

  • Evaluate current processes and identify inefficiencies. Recommend and implement streamlined procedures to improve output.

  • Develop scheduling systems and tools to maximize team productivity.

  • Establish KPIs related to time usage, task completion, and resource allocation and generate reports on productivity trends and improvements.

  • Work with department heads to align productivity goals with business objectives.

  • Facilitate workshops or training sessions on time management and efficiency.

  • Assist HR and leadership in managing transitions related to workflow changes.

  • Communicate productivity initiatives and gather feedback from staff.

Qualifications:● Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or other related courses● Preferably has a strong background in operations, HR, or business process improvement.● Keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Filipino.● Strong analytical and organizational skills.● Proficient in using email, Viber app, and other communication tools.

Additional Information:● This is a non-client-facing role, focusing on internal processes and team coordination.● The person in this position will work closely with internal teams and be copied in all relevantcorrespondence. The role involves frequent coordination with the Principal Architect.● The Head of Time Management will not be handling the technical aspects of project management,but will ensure that team members meet deadlines and maintain good communication practices.● The individual in this role must be trustworthy and strict with the team members when deadlines arenot met.
